1. Returns and refunds are processed and cost of returns are for our expense if:
   1. the product does not meet the type or quality they could reasonably expect from the agreement and as advertised, e.g. the packaging is severely damaged
   2. the product does not meet the particular purpose for which it was made or advertised, e.g. there is no liquid inside, it doesn’t contain alcohol, etc. However the product should not be entirely or partially opened, altered, added to, or combined with other products or liquids.

All expenses are borne by Henri Cognac and our designated courier will collect on behalf of Henri Cognac.

2. Returns and refunds are not processed at all if and when the purchaser has a change of heart

All refunds will be made via store credit by default, unless the customer specifically asks for an EFT. Should you like to request a return or refund, please email david@maisonds.co.za and include your full address and contact details and we will make contact with you with detailed instructions. In the case of returns, please also ship the goods to 12 Nut Road, Clayville, Midrand, 1666, with your invoice number clearly reflecting.
